There are 2 ways to enter:

Call the VCHA entry line before 9:00 p.m. on the deadline date: 707.547.9796 Please leave the following clearly,

The rider's full name and contact phone number
The horse's name and the horse owner's name
The class this horse and rider is entering
Repeat this information for each class

OR email Show Secretary Brenda Murphy at aspenequine@cds1.net before 9:00 p.m. on the deadline date, and

Put "VCHA Entry" in the subject line Include the rider's full name and contact phone number
Include the horse's full name and the horse owner's full name
The name of the class(es) this horse and rider are entering
Repeat for each horse/rider/class

If you would like a reply from the Show Secretary to confirm your entries ~ please include that request in your email message.

VCHA Schedule and Fees - all classes 2 head fresh cattle except the Ranch Class, which is rerun catttle. There will also be rerun practices for $45, if requested by signing up at the show, following regular classes starting with the Non Pro. The Ranch Cutting class will follow all NCHA rules as to tack and riding apparel, however, there will be no reining penalties. The rider can ride with one hand or may ride with two hands. Neither the horse nor the rider can have more than $2,000 in NCHA winnings. If you are interested in trying out cutting or just trying out a new horse, this is the class for you.

· Youth	$70.00 *
· 10,000 Amateur	$100 + $25 Jackpot = $125 *
· 500 Non Pro	$100 + $25 Jackpot = $125 *
· 2,000 Limit	$100 + $25 Jackpot = $125 *
Ranch Cutting (2-Handed)	$50 + $25 Jackpot = $75***
· Drug Fee	$5 per horse
